First Visit

As your preferred, professional Burnaby dentists, we ensure that at Zoom Dental, every dental visit is stress-free and streamlined. For your first visit, we request that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, with your driver’s license and insurance card handy, so that you can easily fill out our patient registration forms. Forms are also sent to your email so you can even download them online, fill them out in advance and bring them with you to your first appointment.    

For adults, we allot 90 minutes for a complete dental exam, which includes:

• A tour of our welcoming, state-of-the-art office
• A review of your complete health history
• X-rays, if required
• Imaging
• Hygiene evaluation
• A treatment and full cleaning

Children’s appointments are usually 90 minutes. To help your child get comfortable, the appointment allows time for the dentist and the child to become acquainted, as well as time to complete an exam and to clean your child’s teeth.

Experienced Burnaby dentist, Dr. Sushma Bajaj, will go over her findings and work with you to design a dental treatment plan to achieve optimum oral health and meet your individual goals.
